Classiccarsales.ie promises to keep advertising your car for the period chosen by you. In the event that your classic vehicle is sold within this time, all we ask is that you notify us by email at info@classiccarsales.ie or by phone or text to 091 388805. The advert will be removed at the end of the agreed period, and Classiccarsales.ie will contact you to see if you would like to re-run the advert for another period at this stage.

Classiccarsales.ie reserves the right to refuse to accept, publish and to remove an advertisement at any time, and in particular where Classiccarsales.ie is satisfied that such an advertisement is in breach of its standards and ethos.

It is also taken for granted that vendors will make immediate contact with Classiccarsales.ie to advise that a vehicle has been sold, so that the commercial can be withdrawn. However, Classiccarsales.ie accepts no responsibility for any administrative, technical or whatsoever reason for a delay in removing any advertisement.

Classiccarsales.ie does not guarantee that your vehicle will sell as a result of your advertisement, and accepts no liability for the consequences of the placement of your advertisement. Classiccarsales.ie accepts no responsibility for copyright issues under the Copyright Act, or any other judiciary, legal or ethically-binding fact in relation to text and/or images supplied. It is accepted in good faith by Classiccarsales.ie that the Vendor, by way of placing the advertisement on this site, is not committing any unlawful act.

All content is the sole responsibility of the advertiser, and Classiccarsales.ie reserves the right to amend and/or edit material supplied for publishing purposes. Classiccarsales.ie reserve the right to remove any advertisements deemed to be unsuitable without refund.

Where the advertised vehicle is sold from the website before it may appear in an Irish Vintage Scene publication there is no refund, nor is there any refund for unused time if a vehicle is sold.
